Here at Paw-A-Day Inn, we are committed to providing affordable, high quality, individualized services for all pets in good times and bad. We pride ourselves in offering positive, reliable and professional pet care services for all fur-families to ensure your pet has an exciting time with us - all with health and safety as our top priority.
We have taken a number of steps in support of our guests and staff, including increased safety precaution and sanitation measures. We will continue to do everything that we can to ensure safety and wellness during these uncertain times.
Here is what we are doing in our resort:
Masks are highly recommended - We encourage guests (except guests with underlying medical conditions and young children) to wear masks or face coverings at drop off / pick up. We also require all staff to wear masks at work and have provided them with reusable and disposable masks.
Increased cleanliness and sanitation - We are frequently disinfecting and cleaning our resort throughout the day, focusing on high touch areas like the entry door, guest belongings and front desk. We provide hand sanitizer for our staff and guests. We provide our staff with face masks and gloves and require face coverings to be worn while at work. We encourage all guests to wear face coverings at drop off / pick up. We remind our guests about social distancing by using signs. We are not accepting resort tours at this time to minimize guest traffic.
Reminders for social distancing - We have signs posted to remind guests to wear face masks or face coverings and to stay 6 feet apart from other guests.
Here is what you can do when visiting Paw-A-Day Inn:
-Avoid utilizing services and entering the building if you are not feeling well or if you have been sick within the last 24 hours.
-Utilize our telephone, e-mail or social media rather than entering the building for questions about services, to book a reservation with us or to send updated vaccine records for your pets.
-Utilize our website for printable documents (new client paperwork and/or boarding instructions).
-Properly wear a face mask or face covering when entering the building, maintain a distance of 6 feet from other guests and utilize the provided hand sanitizer at the front desk.
